Galette des Rois
A beloved French tradition, the Galette des Rois is enjoyed every January to celebrate Epiphany. Golden, flaky and generously filled, it’s a cake made to be shared with friends, family, and colleagues.
Our Galette follows the classic recipe, with buttery puff pastry and a rich homemade frangipane — a smooth almond cream that’s both indulgent and comforting. Simple, authentic, and unmistakably French.
How to enjoy our Galette
La fève
Hidden inside each Galette is la fève.
A small charm that brings the tradition to life.
Whoever finds it in their slice becomes King or Queen for the day and wears the paper crown included with every cake.
La célébration
Traditionally, the youngest person at the table decides who receives each slice, ensuring a fair (and fun) surprise when the fève is discovered.
